TP1: Residential and Commercial Hub

Town Planning Scheme 1 (TP1) spans approximately 51.4 sq. km and plays a vital role in shaping Dholera as a people-centric smart city.
This TP includes prominent villages like Kadipur, Ambli, Bhadiyad, and Gogla. It is envisioned as a dynamic mix of residential zones and community-level commercial development.
